We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our management team at The White Hart Hotel, a luxury hotel located in the heart of Lincoln. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the management team.
About the Role- Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the hotel's business objectives.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the financial reporting process, including the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Professional qualification in finance (AAT, ACCA, CIMA).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
