We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our management team at LHM Luxury Hotel Management Ltd. Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business performance and growth.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Financial Control: Ensure effective financial controls are in place to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with hotel management to develop and implement business strategies, providing financial expertise and guidance to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualification: AAT, ACCA, or CIMA qualification in finance.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
