About the Role:

Pertemps Sheffield is seeking dedicated Client Support Specialists to enhance the customer experience for one of our esteemed partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by adhering to established service standards, guiding them through their application journey.
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of customer interactions throughout the application process, utilizing our recruitment and payroll systems.
  • Engage with candidates using various communication methods to ensure a smooth application experience.
  • Address internal inquiries from site contacts and the broader organization promptly and effectively.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail by cross-referencing multiple data sources.
  • Handle diverse tasks, including document verification, job offers, payroll onboarding, and customer query resolution.
  • Possess prior customer service experience, showcasing flexibility and adaptability to fluctuating workloads.

Working Hours and Compensation:

This position requires a commitment of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for optional overtime.

The pay rate is competitive, and the contract duration is set for a specified period.

Additional Information:

Following an initial training phase, hybrid working arrangements will be available, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.
