  • Highly organized and proactive, with the capability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Experience in managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
  • Demonstrated success in people development, focused on creating a supportive, productive, and inclusive workplace.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with team members, peers, corporate colleagues, and senior management.
