Poundstretcher Store Manager Opportunity
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Poundstretcher. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high-quality shopping experience, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improving profitability and meeting targets.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail professionals to achieve store objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all company standards are implemented and maintained, including health and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, controlling costs and ensuring that products are available to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, driving results and achieving targets.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Commercial Awareness: Understanding of commercial principles, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to train and develop a team of retail professionals.
