Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Golf Operations Associate to join our team at The Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa. As a key member of our golf operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the profitability and operation of our golf outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service and exceed expectations through excellent and engaging service.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide creative solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Manage and maintain the buggy operation, including clean down, watering, and general tidy.
  • Welcome golfers to the Duke's Course and provide advice on tee boxes, course layout, and pace of play.
  • Liaise with Meet and Greet to ensure the driving range is presentable and fully stocked.
  • Provide and clear range balls and maintain the driving range setup to a high standard.
  • Enhance guest experiences by offering knowledgeable information regarding Duke's Golf bookings and restaurant reservations.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-presented, and friendly individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You will have a flexible approach and a passion for golf. Previous golf operations experience and hospitality experience or relevant qualifications are desirable.
