About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing support to our Supported Living Services, ensuring that individuals receive specialized person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to support workers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure that services are meeting the needs of individuals and are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement support plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Scotia House to ensure the smooth running of services and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Schedule and allocate work to support workers, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Support with medication management, accessing the community, and finance management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities, autism, and mental health issues.
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader is advantageous but not essential.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and willingness to work towards Level 3.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
  • Driving license with access to a vehicle desirable.
