Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to older adults, with a particular focus on those with general nursing and dementia care needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Administer medications, conduct assessments, and implement care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care and support.
- Education and Support: Educate and support patients and their families on treatment plans and health management, promoting independence and empowerment.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to nursing standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Professionalism and Empathy: Demonstrate empathy, respect, and professionalism in all interactions, providing a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues alike.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: RGN or RMN qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin.
- Experience: Proven nursing experience, especially with adult and older adult populations.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of dementia care and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
