Position Summary

In the role of Support Services Team Supervisor, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored person-centred support within our Supported Living Services. This position requires close collaboration with the Service Manager to ensure effective service delivery, performing essential assessments, and revising support plans to empower individuals in achieving their aspirations.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

We seek candidates with a background in supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges. While prior supervisory experience is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. The ideal applicant will possess an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and demonstrate a desire to advance to Level 3. Strong communication skills and adaptability to client needs are vital.

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are preferred due to the necessity of traveling between various services.
