Job Opportunity: Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
About the Role:
- Support our female client with complex health needs in her own home and out in the community during the day.
- Assist with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment.
- Drive the client's vehicle, requiring a full UK driver's license.
Requirements:
- Kind and caring nature.
- Flexibility and reliability.
- Good communication skills.
