About the Role:

Hiredonline is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving sales and generating new leads to support the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients to secure qualified appointments for the Business Development Director
  • Actively generate leads through various tools such as Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, and outbound calls
  • Track, follow, and record leads on our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Director to develop marketing strategies to boost lead generation and identify PR and networking opportunities
  • Promote and attend events and exhibitions to represent our company across all regions

Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience gained within the service sector
  • Self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative to deliver agreed objectives
  • Attention to detail - You will be working with important documentation which requires accuracy
  • Competent with Microsoft Office products and experience working with CRM systems
  • Friendly and able to work within a small team of like-minded individuals
  • Service industry background - Perhaps Hospitality, Events, HR or Recruitment sector
  • Basic marketing experience would be an added advantage, but not essential
