Business Development Representative

Sphera Solutions, a global leader in environmental health and safety technology, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through outbound calling, email, and social media engagement.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to engage with potential clients and set appointments for our global salesforce.
  • Analyze prospect businesses to address their changing automation needs and leverage proven consultative sales methodologies.
  • Utilize current technology to develop and manage a follow-up cadence to nurture potential leads.
  • Participate in interactive training and educational sessions to stay up-to-date on Sphera solutions, sales, and industry trends.
  • Consistently achieve and/or exceed daily activity and sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial Inside Sales environment.
  • Experience working with clients/customers in a sales-oriented environment, with a proven track record in solution-based selling.
  • Dynamic personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, high-energy individual with a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in German and English.
