Exciting Opportunity for a Financial Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of financial transactions, timely collection of accounts receivable, and regular reconciliation of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Transaction Processing: Accurately process financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, to ensure timely and accurate payment.
  2. Accounts Receivable Management: Timely collection of accounts receivable, including follow-up on outstanding invoices and negotiation with clients.
  3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  4. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, excellent numerical skills, and attention to detail.
  3. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
  4. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and commitment to continuous professional development.

What We Offer:
