About the Role

  • Direct personal responsibility for selected accounts, focusing on Hyperscale & MTDC/CoLo companies.
  • Manage a team of 12 Data Center sales and Account Managers, providing coaching, motivation, and management.
  • Territory: Overall EMEA Data Centre sale strategy.
  • Hybrid role with operational offices in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, own, and execute a commercial plan, continuously developing and refining it.
  • Finalize commercial processes and secure purchase orders and framework agreements.
  • Collaborate effectively with other sales and stakeholders at various levels.
  • Request and support marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering.
  • 10+ years of related experience in the data center business.
  • The position requires entrepreneurial spirit, a high degree of customer affinity, and strong influence on others.
  • Ready to travel up to 75% of working time.
