Customer Service Liaison

Kingscroft Professional Resources is seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Review and process customer orders from sales, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality control.
- Contract Review: Process customer orders for shipment, ensuring all requirements are met and customer needs are fulfilled.
- Communication: Proactively communicate with customers and suppliers, providing immediate assistance to telephone inquiries and timely responses to customer emails.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and processes to provide general information to customers and resolve queries efficiently.
- Account Management: Manage inactive customer accounts and collaborate with sales to reactivate them.
- Quality and Compliance: Understand and adhere to our quality manual and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
