Customer Service Liaison

Job Summary:
Kingscroft Professional Resources is seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Processing: Review and process customer orders from sales, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery to production planning.
- Contract Review: Review customer contracts, processing orders for shipment and ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Communication: Proactively communicate with customers and suppliers, providing timely responses to emails and assisting with telephone inquiries.
- Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in our products and processes, providing general information to customers and resolving queries.
- Account Management: Manage inactive customer accounts, working with sales to reactivate and maintain relationships.
- Database Management: Understand and maintain our sales system, contact database, and quality manual.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical services setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
