We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Bouygues Construction UK, working on our Cotswold Designer Outlet project in Tewkesbury. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Lead in the delivery of the project, ensuring effective and efficient production within set timescales.
  • Manage the daily activities of the appointed ground works contractor, focusing on Health and Safety, Quality, and programme.
  • Subcontractor management to ensure projects are delivered on time and compliant.
  • Assist with procurement of subcontractors for post-completion works.
  • Control of subcontractors and directly employed labour.
  • Review ongoing works to highlight potential defects.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor.
  • Knowledge of UK building regulations.
  • Ability to work with subcontractors to produce and monitor short-term programmes.
  • Understanding of UK H&S construction laws.
