Junior F&B Operations Manager

Aramark UK is seeking a highly organized and experienced Junior Food & Beverage Manager to join their team at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. This is a permanent and full-time opportunity reporting into the Senior Food & Beverage Manager on site.
Key Responsibilities- Organize, direct, and evaluate food and beverage service across multiple food units to ensure smooth operation and production.
- Maintain equipment to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of unit operations, including menu, allergens, and processes.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and manage escalated guest complaints.
- Purchase and control inventory, complete stock counts, and ensure accurate waste recording.
- Drive sales and control expenses while adhering to Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, and coach staff, and perform performance management of the team.
- Experience in an F&B role across multiple units, preferably in a high-volume, quick-service environment.
- Hands-on and highly organized, with flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and varied shift patterns.
