Aramark UK is seeking a skilled Junior Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the smooth operation of food and beverage services across multiple units at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. This permanent, full-time role reports directly to the Senior Food & Beverage Manager on site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Organize, direct, and evaluate food and beverage service across multiple food units
* Maintain equipment to ensure smooth operation and production
* Develop in-depth knowledge of unit operations, paperwork, menu, allergens, and processes
* Ensure high standards of customer service
* Manage and respond to escalated guest complaints
* Purchase and control inventory
* Complete stock counts
* Ensure accurate waste recording
* Drive sales and control expenses
* Ensure practice and adherence to Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
* Complete audits and requested paperwork on time
* Recruit, train, and coach staff
* Perform performance management of your team

Requirements:

* Experience in an F&B role across multiple units
* Experience in a high-volume, quick-service environment
* Hands-on and highly organized
* Flexible availability (able to work weekends and evenings and a variety of shift patterns)
