Role Overview

As the Operations Manager of our coffee shop, you will oversee all facets of the establishment, consistently striving for excellence in both service and team performance. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and leading staff while setting a positive example. A passion for exceptional customer service and a love for quality coffee will be essential as you drive the success of your shop and contribute to the overall enhancement of our community.

In this managerial role, you will also manage the business's administrative functions, including sales goals, inventory control, cost management, and financial reporting. It is crucial to foster a professional yet enjoyable workplace atmosphere while upholding the highest standards of health and safety and cleanliness.
