Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Provide key financial insights across the business, empowering leadership to make informed decisions while managing risk effectively.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Deliver timely and accurate financial information to facilitate strategic and operational decisions, and ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with financially related stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Financial Governance: Operate as the company's Money Laundering Officer, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in an accounts management role, with a proven track record of financial planning and analysis.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Xero Accounting or other accounting packages, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
