About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional and talented Hair professional to join our Hairdressing & Barbering team as a Programme Leader. This is an excellent opportunity to provide teaching across a range of Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications.

The successful candidate will be well-practiced within the thriving hair industry and will have the drive and determination to ensure that students succeed. As a Programme Lead, you may also be required to teach evening sessions up to two nights per week during term time in our commercial salons.

About You

We are looking for a committed and positive individual with a passion for delivering teaching excellence and assessment in both skills and knowledge across all levels of the hairdressing programmes. You should have exceptional cutting and styling skills, great interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to support our learners with enrichment opportunities from their experience and professional industry links. You will be able to work on your own initiative and as part of our team to provide an encouraging and value-driven experience for our learners.

Key Responsibilities
