The Technology Solutions training programme at targetjobs Hired is a two-year rotational programme designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a future technologist and leader. You will be introduced to our programming languages, databases, and cloud technologies, and given a solid grounding in the investment management industry, the firm, and its clients.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal clients to understand their needs and develop technical systems and applications, participating in immersive training to become familiar with the company's tech stack, and rotating through placements across the Information Systems department to gain a comprehensive understanding of the technology landscape and build your network across the business.

Requirements for the programme include a graduate degree in a STEM-related subject, a passion for technology and its potential uses, a proactive and adaptable approach, great relationship and networking skills, and a critical thinking ability with a problem-solving mindset.
