Position Overview
NELFT is seeking dedicated and qualified professionals to join our team as Specialist Community Practitioner Sponsorship Students. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a one-year full-time course in Community Nursing Specialist Practitioner qualification (DNSPQ), in collaboration with Anglia Ruskin University.
Main Responsibilities
The Specialist Community Practitioner Sponsorship Student position is designed to enhance existing knowledge, skills, and competencies, ultimately leading to an academic qualification and a recognized credential with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Working Environment
At NELFT, we prioritize the onboarding experience for new employees. All new hires will undergo a comprehensive induction program lasting up to two weeks, which includes mandatory training, systems training, and equipment allocation. During this period, new team members will have the chance to meet with senior management and participate in various engagement sessions focused on health, wellbeing, and key organizational processes.
Probationary Period
This position is subject to a probationary period, with internal applicants exempt unless currently undergoing probation or part of the bank staff.

Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must be registered on part 1 of the NMC register and typically possess at least one year of relevant post-qualification experience. Additional qualifications may be required based on the pathway chosen, including credits at level 5 or a relevant honors degree.
