Job Summary

NELFT North East London Foundation Trust is seeking a visionary leader to fill the role of Director of Psychological Professions. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical psychologist to take on a senior leadership position and drive the development of psychological services across the trust.

Main Responsibilities
  • Embedding a clinical strategic vision for Psychological Professions across NELFT
  • Supporting the delivery of innovative and effective services and facilitating clinical and service improvements
  • Developing a recruitment and retention strategy for Psychological Professional staff
  • Providing professional leadership to all Psychological Professional staff across NELFT
  • Addressing health inequalities in the delivery of psychological provision across our directorates

Requirements
  • D Clin Psy or equivalent qualification
  • Leadership qualification (desirable)
