Key Responsibilities- Embedding a clinical strategic vision for Psychological Professions across the Trust
- Supporting the delivery of innovative and effective services and facilitating clinical and service improvements
- Developing a recruitment and retention strategy for Psychological Professional staff
- Providing professional leadership to all Psychological Professional staff across the Trust
- Driving a vision for parity, equity, inclusion, trauma-informed practice, community, and coproduction
