Director of Psychological Professions

About the Role
NELFT North East London Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Psychological Professions to lead our team of professionals in delivering high-quality psychological services to our patients.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a clinical strategic vision for Psychological Professions across NELFT
- Supporting the delivery of innovative and effective services and facilitating clinical and service improvements
- Further developing a recruitment and retention strategy for Psychological Professional staff
- Providing professional leadership to all Psychological Professional staff across NELFT
- Driving a vision of parity, equity, inclusion, trauma-informed practice, community, and coproduction

What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive induction program for new starters, including mandatory training, systems training, and the allocation of equipment. We also offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have:
- A Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (D Clin Psy) or equivalent
- Experience of delivering transformation and change in pathways
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage difficulties within teams
