Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Manager to join our ambitious and determined team at Team Jobs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and exceeding sales targets through the generation of new business opportunities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the sales process and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceeding Sales Targets
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Building Relationships
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
    • Develop and execute a relationship-building strategy to drive business growth and increase sales
  • Preparing and Presenting Proposals
    • Prepare and present business proposals to clients and stakeholders
    • Develop and execute a proposal development strategy to drive business growth and increase sales
  • Closing Sales
    • Closing sales over the phone or by booking further appointments with decision-makers for onsite meetings
    • Develop and execute a sales closing strategy to drive business growth and increase sales

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Excellent Sales and Business Development Skills
  • A proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • A strong understanding of the sales process and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Technical Skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • A strong understanding of CRM systems and sales software
