  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to your team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies that align with our vision for success.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to operational standards and compliance protocols in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Cultivate a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for our guests, exceeding their expectations through exceptional service.
