About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Specialist to join our Electrophysiology team at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert clinical care to patients with cardiac conditions, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the management of patients with cardiac conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our team of cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide expert advice on patient care and treatment options
  • Develop and deliver educational programs for patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote best practices in cardiac care
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (Child) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in paediatric cardiology or a related field
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of cardiac conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
