Electrophysiology Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrophysiology Nurse Specialist to join our dedicated team at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our cardiology department, you will play a vital role in providing expert clinical care to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients with cardiac arrhythmias and electrophysiological conditions.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct electrophysiology studies and related procedures, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment outcomes.
- Develop and implement education programs for patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote awareness and understanding of electrophysiology and cardiac arrhythmias.
- Collaborate with our research team to contribute to the development of new treatments and therapies for cardiac conditions.
- NMC Registered Nurse (Child) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in paediatric cardiology or electrophysiology, with a strong understanding of cardiac arrhythmias and electrophysiological conditions.
- Excellent clinical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with patients, families, and healthcare professionals at all levels.
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
