Your daily tasks will encompass a variety of activities, from routine team leadership and operational duties to process enhancements and large-scale contingency planning. Additionally, you will serve as a mentor and role model for new managers.

Our team plays a crucial role in expanding Amazon's reach into new markets and services. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we continuously seek to enhance our product offerings, ensuring swift and cost-effective delivery.
Working within our Fulfilment Centres, which are integral to Amazon's dynamic operations network, we manage inventory and facilitate rapid deliveries around the clock. Our diverse workforce ensures that there are ample opportunities for individuals with various skill sets, whether they engage with physical products or analyze data to inform business decisions.
Basic Qualifications- A degree.
- Experience in people management.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
- Experience in utilizing data or anecdotal evidence to guide business decisions.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Experience in augmented reality (AR) is a plus.
- Background in logistics or related fields.
- Familiarity with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional context.
