Job Title:

Diversity and Inclusion Trainer

Salary: £25k to £30k DOE

Location: Glasgow

Shifts: Monday to Friday

Job Role

This role is accountable for supporting the learning and development of site personnel by facilitating mandatory and ad hoc training.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Identify and assess training needs for new and existing employees, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their skills and knowledge gaps.
  2. Deliver job-specific and key skills training, utilizing a range of methods to engage and motivate learners.
  3. Provide refresher training and updates, ensuring that employees remain up-to-date with the latest procedures and best practices.
  4. Offer ad hoc training as required, responding to the changing needs of the business and its employees.
  5. Contribute to operational support during busy periods, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  6. Prepare and submit timely reports on ongoing projects, highlighting progress and any areas for improvement.
  7. Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Utilize IT skills, including Microsoft packages, to support the delivery of training and development programs.
  9. A flexible approach to working hours is essential, with the ability to work outside of normal hours as required.
  10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to read, write, and speak English to a high standard.
