Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead by Example: Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and lead your team to achieve the same standards.
  2. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of hospitality professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  3. Service Delivery: Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome, personalized service, and a memorable dining experience.
  4. Operations Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the front of house, including cash handling, inventory management, and maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  5. Communication: Foster open and effective communication with your team, ensuring that everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  6. Performance Management: Monitor and improve team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure that everyone is meeting their targets.
  7. Guest Feedback: Act on guest feedback to continuously improve the service and ensure that all guests receive a consistently high level of service.
  8. Business Administration: Complete all necessary administrative tasks, including payroll, scheduling, and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or Team Leader in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
