{"Job Title": "WIN Hub Co-ordinator", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a WIN Hub Co-ordinator. This is a part-time, maternity cover position, working 18.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating a local offer to support progression into university-level study and good quality opportunities in the labour market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver aspiration-raising activities, including 1:1 sessions, group work, and events for specific groups
* Liaise with local schools and partners to build effective relationships and meet the information needs of the target group
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information to young people and their families about opportunities and associated funding options
* Produce a robust plan of support for learners progressing to HE, ensuring a tailored and needs-led approach

Requirements:

* Ability to work to specific objectives and targets without close supervision
* Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in working with young people
* Ability to work as part of a team and network with partner agencies
* Experience of delivering group work and making presentations to a wide range of audiences
