Job Title: Service Administrator
Location: Accessible location requiring personal transportation

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as a knowledgeable and accessible first point of contact for customers.
- Coordinate call-outs and maintenance appointments for a team of engineers across the UK.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their service requests.
- Prepare Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS).
- Utilize client portals and complete necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with technical support to troubleshoot issues over the phone or determine if an engineer visit is necessary.
- Communicate with engineers regarding daily job progress to ensure timely service delivery.
- Process invoice requests and liaise with the accounts department.
- Participate in weekly service meetings to report on progress.
- Provide coverage for Service and Stock Coordinator during absences.
- Engage in ad hoc project work as required.
- Utilize company systems for accounts and project management as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in scheduling engineers effectively.
- Strong geographical knowledge of the UK.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Proficient in IT, with experience in MS Office and Sage 50 being advantageous.
