Senior AI/ML Engineer

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at Roke, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning solutions to our clients. With a strong background in AI/ML R&D, you will lead teams of engineers in delivering innovative projects that push the boundaries of what is possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceive and develop novel applications of AI/ML techniques, particularly adapting and applying academic research.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers, leading engineering teams on AI/ML related R&D projects.
  • Support business winning efforts by contributing to early-stage client interactions and leading technical bidding activities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in AI/ML R&D, with a strong understanding of software engineering and agile team management.
  • Significant experience in conceiving novel applications of AI/ML techniques, particularly adapting and applying academic research.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML disciplines, including Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, and NLP.
