Specialist Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist Support Worker to join our Mental Health Service in Ealing. As a Specialist Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Build trusting relationships with service users and create a positive atmosphere
- Conduct holistic assessments and develop support plans to meet individual needs
- Provide information, social inclusion, and vocational opportunities to support recovery and well-being
- Support service users to access relevant services and empower them to self-manage their medication
- Co-produce the design, development, and delivery of the service with service users
- Adhere to lone working protocols and maintain high levels of awareness in relation to health and safety
- Up to NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in a relevant field
- Specialist knowledge relevant to supporting individuals with mental health challenges
- Experience of working in a complex mental health environment (desirable)
- Demonstrable experience of trauma-informed practice (desirable)
