About the Role

As a Centre Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving business performance, developing your team, and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Managing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
  • Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management
  • Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in-the-moment training
  • Good time management
  • A current valid driving licence
