About the Role

Chase is seeking a highly skilled Communications Associate Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of key communications priorities across both internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communications Strategy: Develop and implement effective communications strategies to support the company's business objectives, including brand communications, disease awareness, stakeholder management, corporate communications, internal communications, digital communications, reputation management, and media relations.
  • Project Management: Provide support and ongoing management to deliver key projects within the EMEA teams, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work collaboratively with affiliates, teams, and partners to ensure local implementation of projects and consistency of messages across EMEA.
  • Media and Communications: Identify opportunities and appropriate media to maximize effective communications of brand and therapy area messages to both internal and external audiences, supporting the reputation of the company and its products.
  • Internal Communications: Contribute to company-wide engagement through the planning, development, and execution of internal communication plans across business groups and functions.
  • Agency Management: Manage communications agencies and other third-party suppliers to deliver agreed projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience and proven expertise in delivering strategic healthcare public relations and communications programs within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and simply to internal and external audiences. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate across different levels. High attention to detail, analytical skills, and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Education: University Graduate (Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences, Social Sciences preferred).
  • Language: Second language is an advantage, but not essential.
