Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Communications Associate Manager to support the development and implementation of key communications priorities across internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in delivering strategic healthcare public relations and communications programs within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communications Strategy: Develop and implement effective communications strategies to support the company's reputation and brand awareness.
  • Project Management: Manage and deliver key projects within the EMEA teams, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, affiliates, and partners to ensure local implementation of projects and consistency of messages across EMEA.
  • Media Relations: Identify opportunities to maximize effective communications of brand and therapy area messages to internal and external audiences.
  • Internal Communications: Contribute to company-wide engagement through the planning, development, and execution of internal communication plans across business groups and functions.
  • Agency Management: Manage communications agencies and other third-party suppliers to deliver agreed projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Education: University Graduate in Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences, or Social Sciences.
  • Experience: Prior experience in delivering strategic healthcare public relations and communications programs within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and simply to internal and external audiences.
  • Language: Second language is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, analytical skills, and creative approach to problem-solving.
