The Academics team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support to children with severe and complex learning, social, and communication difficulties.
About the School
Our school provides a safe and nurturing environment for children with diverse needs, including Autism, social, emotional needs, severe learning difficulties, and physical disabilities. We offer a range of therapies, including occupational therapy, physiotherapy, music, and speech and language therapies, as part of our students' Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCP).
Your Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to children before, during, and after lessons
- Work closely with therapists to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our students
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
