About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at Change-IT Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our Digital Product Management Team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering our Digital Transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the delivery of a Digital Transformation agenda, with a focus on value delivery and customer-centricity.
  • Shape and deliver the digital product vision, roadmap, and subsequent development across our digital channels.
  • Own a product portfolio, building products from creation and throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Represent the voice of the customer through the lifecycle, bringing knowledge of the product vision, domain, and users.
  • Monitor product performance and development, promoting the delivery of maximum value.
Requirements
  • Visionary thinking: Guide the creation and evolution of product strategy and vision, aligning them with our business goals.
  • Inspirational leadership: Lead the charge in defining and steering product strategy, vision, and roadmaps.
  • Data-driven strategy: Harness the power of data with keen analysis of KPIs, making informed strategic decisions.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, communicating product updates and securing alignment and support.
  • Performance management: Define and monitor key measures and metrics to manage product performance.
  • Business case development: Proactively develop business cases for roadmap activities and secure funding.
  • Team leadership: Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, supporting their wellbeing and development.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience as a Lead/Senior Product Manager or Owner, with demonstrable experience across a variety of products or domains.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to keep sight of the bigger picture.
  • Proactive, independent, and self-starting, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of technical aspects of product development and digital development approaches.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy and healthcare, as well as an understanding of available technology.
