About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at CHANGE-IT CONSULTING LTD. As a key member of our Digital Product Management Team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering our Digital Transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision and Roadmap Definition: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap, aligning with our business objectives and driving the future of our digital products.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful product delivery.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and make informed strategic decisions to drive product and business growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and support for key product initiatives.
- Business Case Development: Develop and secure funding for product roadmap activities, adhering to established processes.
- Performance Management: Define and monitor key measures and metrics to manage product performance, using data to drive change and improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Lead/Senior Product Manager or Owner, with a strong track record of delivering successful products across various domains.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical aspects of product development, with the ability to work closely with IT colleagues.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with digital development approaches and agile delivery principles, ideally in a scaled agile (SAFe) environment.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the pharmacy and healthcare industry, as well as available technology.
