About the Role
---------------

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead our digital transformation project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, digital transformation, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
-------------------

* Lead the digital transformation project from design to implementation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a bespoke Decision Support System (DSS) for Rise and Recline Ltd
* Work alongside world-leading academics at NTU and knowledge experts in R&R
* Develop and implement a project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
* Ensure the successful delivery of the project, meeting the required quality and timeline standards

About Rise & Recline Ltd
------------------------

Rise & Recline Ltd is a bespoke upholstery and furniture manufacturer for the mobility and general comfort market. We specialize in adjustable chairs, sofas, and beds, and are proud to help improve the well-being of the disabled community with mobility impairment.

About the Project
------------------

This position forms part of a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) funded jointly by Innovate UK and Rise & Recline Ltd. As a KTP Associate, you will work within Rise & Recline to develop and embed knowledge, with research and academic support from NTU. The project includes a £4,000 training budget and 10% of your time dedicated to your own personal development.

Requirements

* Proven experience in project management, digital transformation, and leadership
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
