Job Title:

Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

LT Selection is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with businesses and promoting tailored training solutions that meet workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with senior-level decision-makers and stakeholders.
  2. Develop and implement effective account management strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing partnerships.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver bespoke training solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients receive high-quality support and guidance throughout their journey with LT Selection.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of our company's sales strategy, working closely with the Senior Management Team to achieve business objectives.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring that our training solutions remain relevant and effective.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, preferably in the education and skills sector.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of internal systems and processes that support client services.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
