Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent customers' interests and provide unbiased advice to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Promote and sell plans to prospective customers, identifying their needs and developing clear and effective proposals
  • Contact and secure new business accounts, retaining existing clients and developing strong relationships
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate the processing of applications and paperwork
  • Identify opportunities to improve products and services, providing management with oral and written reports on customer needs and interests
Requirements:
  • Fluent Italian language skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales principles and practices
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines
  • IT literate with a methodical approach and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
