Job Title: Media Sales Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Media Sales Professional to join our team at Personnel Selection. As a Media Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our media portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our media portfolio
  • Manage existing accounts and actively develop new business by identifying leads
  • Expected to achieve sales targets and present accurate prospects and revenue updates on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with team members to consider new projects and/or brand extensions to drive revenue streams

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one to two years sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment (media background an advantage)
  • Demonstrate a good sales technique, including negotiation skills and over-coming objections
  • Proven track record in delivering on sales growth and business development
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbally
  • The ability to work on own initiative and adapt to changing situations
