We are currently in search of a dedicated Event Sales Administrator to become a vital part of our Event Sales Team on a permanent basis. Your role will be crucial in delivering memorable experiences and exceptional service to our guests and colleagues. It is essential that every team member contributes positive energy to foster a happy and enjoyable work environment, as we aim to cultivate a community enriched by diverse backgrounds and experiences.

As an Event Sales Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the team in preparing for showrounds by collecting keys and checking the accommodations and banquet facilities
  • Coordinating with other five-star properties to arrange showrounds for the team
  • Handling incoming calls and determining the appropriate response based on the request, including providing information and taking simple reservations
  • Managing small meeting inquiries through email and phone, ensuring follow-up until bookings are confirmed

You will be expected to work 40 hours per week on a shift basis.
