We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust, specializing in staff wellbeing. As a key member of our psychological services, you will play a vital role in promoting the mental health and wellbeing of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sustainable and evaluated processes for staff wellbeing across all sites.
- Work systemically with all levels of staff within specific teams to assess, formulate, and intervene at the team level, resulting in changes that positively impact staff experience.
- Provide consultation to teams on complex matters, such as safety, service design, and staff wellbeing.
- Lead the development of bespoke, culturally sensitive interventions to suit the needs of diverse staff groups.
- Collaborate with colleagues working on issues of exclusion and disadvantage, including diversity networks.
- Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology, accredited by the British Psychological Society.
- Registration with HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Experience of working as a qualified clinical psychologist, including experience in staff consultation in a healthcare setting.
- Strong professional interest in employee wellbeing within healthcare.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, complex information to clients, families, carers, and professional colleagues.
